Guys...
Well, as u all knoe...all the guys are loyally serving the nation, rite guys?
-Vincent went from SISPEC in Tuas to Armour in Choa Chu Kang. -Ronald's also is in Armour. -Chou Wee's in Commando PTP. He went from Commando BMT to Air Grading...then went back to Commandos. -Xingze's fate was almost the same but it was better than Chou Wee's. Xingze got posted back to Commandos but he ended up being a clerk till Sept in the MT line. -Kean also was in Commandos but due to a knee injury, went for operation and was subsequently downgraded for 6 mths! He was a mess steward for a while...serving drinks to the officers and now is goin' to be a on course as a mechanic at OETI...8-5pm job!! Lucky guy! He's would then subsequently be posted back to his unit 9DSMB (9th Direct Support and Maintenance Battalion) in Selarang Camp. -Willie and Edwin Wee are in Commandos and did vocational training to become Medics, and have returned to Hendon Camp - School of Commandos. Edwin Wee is in HQ COY as a medic and spends some of his time attached out to other units and the medical centre there. Willie is a Commando combat medic in his company. -Shouxin was in SISpec BSLC then ASLC and now is in the School of PT training to be a PTI... "Gentleman...so slow.. push-up position down, sit-up position change....change..change....change...12 rows in front of me now, no 6 rows..8 rows...never mind so slow, whole lot of u knock it down..." -Jingrong, Enoch were in SISpec BSLC, then became buddies in SOCE (School of Combat Engineers) Now they are still buddies in of the HQ in Jurong camp. -Hongwei was in SISpec Alpha Company and was subsequently attached to HQ in SISpec...becos he had a knee injury and went for an operation similar to Kean's. Now, he's in HQ 10SIB... in Selarang Camp. -Edwin Chin's the only man to make it to OCS on merit...well done! .
Girls or ladies? Well as for the gals, all of them are in the universities now...and enjoyin' themselves studying...(better than running like mad people in the jungle kinda like tarzan, 'cept we guys dun swing from tree to tree.) i was reallie tired after mine, i did have a lot of fun. As far as i know,
yeeshin, wanjuan, yishin n moi are all in NTU hall eight while syeling is in
hall 1 i think. XinTian: Helloooooo Pple, very very long neber come here liao...hope u pple still remember me.........anyway I've been busy 4 the past month, 2 foc back to back n then lessons and tutorials, og outings and hall events!!! But i can see tt most gals r in the same situation. By the way me staying in hall 11 free can come visit!!! No need to climb a lot of stairs like YX n WJ room, n me roommate is Yongqin so u pple come visit dun think she will mind!!!
7th August 1999 --- Dinner at Holiday Inn Parkview...to support YeeShin in some pageant thingie she took part in. For more information, contact the NTU gals: Yishin, Pam, Sye Ling, Xintian and Wanjuan. Price is $50 per ticket. Check out the NTU Hall 8 Dinner and Dance Homepage at http://www.ntu.edu.sg/studorgn/h8jcrc/d&d Every Weekend --- Dinners or movie outings esp for NS guys who want somethin' to fully utilise their precious time!! (Class gals are also cordially invited but they are usually not free rite ??) Anyone with any ideas esp guys, please take the initiative to organise be it movies at GV Marina, GV Plaza, Orchard Cineplex etc....but pls dun book GV Jurong Point. Dinner can be orgainised anywhere. In fact, pool or billiard is another option...for rest & recreation after our dinner. Of course the arcade or bowling are other options too....yep wastin' our meagre NS allowance...but hopefully relieving a lot of stress!! Remember...Anyone with any ideas for class dinners on Sat nights, pls take the initiative to organise and call everyone else....roger that??
